Doctor Who 30 Day Challenge

Day Twenty- Favorite Writer

Russell T Davies

Russell is an amazing writer. Like literally his episodes are flawless because he can write so many different types of episodes. For example-

  • Partners in Crime- Funny
  • Doomsday- Emotional
  • Love & Monsters- Different
  • Midnight- Spooky
  • Parting of the Ways- Epic
  • Turn Left- Clever

So many awesome episodes written by this man, including my 3 favorite two part episodes of Who Ever- Army of Ghosts/Doomsday, Bad Wolf/Parting of the Ways and The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End

Plus this the dude that created Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures. That needs to applauded. To be honest, the idea of Doctor Who spin offs seemed rather strange to me and I had my doubts. But now I love the spin offs almost as much as their mother show- Doctor Who- which is a show that Russell wrote to great perfection and I miss him dearly.

Still love Doctor Who though, of course, if anyone was going to replace Russell it HAD to be the Moff!
